TUNNEL CONSTRUCTION AT REPLACING ACCESS ROAD OF KROON IV DAM & POWER PLANT

DESCRIPTION:

Karoon IV Storage Dam & Power Plant are constructed at the 18^th kilometer of the southwest of Shahrekord, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province- IRAN.

The purpose of constructing this tunnel is to divert the current road of Shahrekord-Izeh which crosses over the construction site of Karoon 4 Dam.

The tunnel construction at the replacing access road of Karoon IV Dam consists of consolidated excavation, steelworks, formwork, tunnel concrete placing of 1,270.- meters in length, excavation, land grading and regulation of the road for 500.- meters according to the drawings and technical specifications.
